The 2021-22 Construction Management Student Competition

The competition consists of two components. The first component is the written proposal, which is due Nov. 19. The teams will bid to reroof the Four Points Sheraton located on Bourton Street in New Orleans. Because of the hotel’s strategic location on Bourbon Street, project logistics are a huge challenge.

The second component is the oral presentations, which will take place Feb. 2, 2022, during the International Roofing Expo^® in New Orleans.
