The Roofing Alliance’s Construction Management Student Competition began with the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University, McWhorter School of Building Science at Auburn University and M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida. Since its inception in 2014, the Construction Management Student Competition has evolved into a dynamic contest with more than 17 participating schools.
In collaboration with these institutions and Roofing Alliance members such as Dennis Conway and Kyle Thomas, the Roofing Alliance created a roofing-focused construction competition for university students, exposing them to roofing as a rewarding and lucrative career choice.
