The Roofing Alliance hosted its 11th Annual Construction Management Student Competition on Feb. 20, 2025, during the
International Roofing Expo® in San Antonio, Texas.
This year’s project, provided by Beldon Roofing Co. of San Antonio, challenged student teams to develop a
comprehensive bid proposal for the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Airport Hotel.
Teams conducted extensive research on the project and submitted detailed bid packages to a panel of industry judges.
Finalist teams were then selected to deliver live oral presentations at the IRE, showcasing their roofing knowledge,
project management, estimating, and safety expertise.
The winning teams and top presenters were recognized on stage during the NRCA Industry Awards and Reception.
